We went to our first ultrasound for my baby brother or sister on Tuesday 9/2/08. Here he/she is at 11 weeks. Everything is looking good, though Mommy would love for the nausea to be over...

Those are really good pictures!
ReplyDeleteOh cool. I love the ultrasound! You know nausea is a sign of a strong pregnancy... did you have alot with xia? They say girls will give you more nausea, but it wasn't the case. I had hardly any with my little girl, and just a touch with our son... I'm so happy everything is going so well :) I have been thinking about you and praying everything was well. Thanks so much for sharing...

Well, then Mommy says this is one strong pregnancy. She hopes the nausea goes away soon! She didn't have quite as much with me for sure. Guess we just have to wait to see if it's a brother or sister, oh the suspense!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to find out either. Have you all come up with any name ideas?

If it's a boy - that's easy. Mommy and Daddy thought I was going to be a boy (before the 20wk ultrasound told them different) and that's when the whole X.Y.Z. initials challenge began. They both, unknowing to each other, always liked the boy name - Xander. Someone suggested they should do a middle name with a Y so the initials would be X. Y. Z. So, Xander Yates Zimmerman it was. When they found out I was a girl, the research was on to finally come up with Xia Yeriel Zimmerman. Now, if it's a girl, they are completely clueless at this point. Daddy wants to go for another XYZ but Mommy thinks 2 girls need to be different, she grew up with a sister and knows about that need, so we'll just have to wait and see.
ReplyDeleteOh very cool. You are set for one half, that's not bad. I went totally different for my two children. How exciting though. Picking out names is alot of fun. I hope you are feeling better soon. I wonder if it is a boy this time?
