Xia's Dance Practice Instructional Video

On Monday 2/28/11, Mommy decided to take a video of my dance class. She focused mainly on my teacher, Miss Vicky, so that we could learn all of the moves. I'm all the way on the left side in a black leotard and skirt. I'm mostly just enjoying looking at myself in the movie. That's why Mommy figured she better learn this dance since I wasn't really paying much attention to it...

We Love Pee Wee Herman

Hey, it's me Isa. Think back to a time in the mid 80s BEFORE the Pee Wee Herman scandal. Okay, are you there? Good. So, Xia and I really love Pee Wee's Playhouse and all things Pee Wee Herman right now. We've been getting the DVDs in from Netflix.

So, I'm really digging Pee Wee's dance to the song Tequila (dance starts at 2:50). Here's my attempt at it on Thursday 12/23/10. I sort of lost my balance on the first try.



But I did pretty good on the second try!

Xia's Last Dance Class of 2010

On Thursday 12/16/10 I had my last dance class for the year. Miss Vicky told us to dress festive, so I got a new dance outfit for the occasion. I also wore a big silver bow.

Here we are doing some tapping. I loved Miss Vicky's light up snow flake necklace. Of course, Isa had to join in too:



Then we did some ballet and the famous 'Jack in the Box' move. Everyone likes that one:



We had some snacks and Christmas music. A fun time!

Isa Dances and Sings

I love to entertain. Here I am on Friday 11/26/10 doing some dancing and singing to my signature song:

Isa Loves Her Groovin' Table of Fun

I love to dance to this toy table I have with lights and a phone and frogs that light up and sing. It's awesome! I just love to put my whole body into it. Here are some videos proving just that taken Saturday 9/11/10 and Sunday 9/12/10. Don't you wish that you too could spend your weekends getting down with your funky self?

Spaghetti Dinner Benefit

Isa here. On Saturday 8/21/10, we sent to a nice spaghetti dinner to benefit a friend with large health bills.
